Imperium Commodity Search is seeking a Trade Finance Executive / Manager in partnership with an established Global commodity trading firm with International coverage of the Bunker, Marine Fuels, Lubricants and Cargo space. Due to recent growth Internationally, the company is currently hiring for a trade finance executive/manager to oversee the developments and generating new credit lines for the business. Developing strong relations with local and international banks in order to continue the trading growth required in Fuel Oil / Gas Oil / Bunker trading sector Globally.
Over the last 5 years, the business has seen dramatic growth within the market with new exciting product lines and partnerships continuously providing international growth for the business. Our Client operates out of 8 international locations, and Headquarters located in the busiest port in the world.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the trade finance process from start to end including draft, proposal, negotiation through to completion.
• Handling relations with banks and financial institutions providing full clarity on the company functions and trading activities.
• Ability to work with the banks and financial institutions on establishing LC's (Letters of Credit) for the companies trading activities within the Fuel Oil / Gas Oil and Bunker markets.
• Responsible for Drafting and Proposing Letters of Credit meeting full compliance regulations across the Middle East and South-East Asia.
• Work closely with the senior management and senior traders across the International offices ensuring full clarity on LC's and Trade finance requirements.
• Maintain close relations with the local and international banks, maintaining a positive financial representation of the group accounts.

Experience:

• 5 years' experience in a Trade Finance / Executive OR 3 Years in a Trade Finance Management position
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field of study.
• Understanding of international business structure from a financial or trading perspective
• Confident in production compliant LC's (letters of credit) With strong negotiating abilities.
• Experience working within an Oil trading company.
