Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance
metrics (traffic, leads, conversions) to ensure accuracy and spot trends early.
Maintain dashboards and databases
with key KPIs, ensuring real-time performance visibility for the team.
Provide
data-driven insights and recommendations
to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Ensure proper
tagging, UTM parameters, and attribution models
are in place for all campaigns.
Work closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams to align reporting with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in
marketing analytics, tracking, or performance reporting
.
Proficiency with tools such as
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus.
Ability to explain complex data insights in a clear and actionable way.
