highly skilled and experienced Tower Crane Operator
to join our team on a
9-month contractual basis
. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 5 years of proven experience
operating tower cranes in high-rise construction projects. This is a critical role requiring precision, attention to safety, and the ability to work in coordination with site supervisors and ground teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials at construction sites.
Follow load charts and site safety protocols at all times.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Communicate effectively with riggers and signalers.
Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety regulations.
Maintain proper logs of crane activity and operational checklists.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of tower crane operating experience
(Luffing and/or Hammerhead).
Excellent knowledge of load handling and crane safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced construction environment.
Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
Preference will be given to candidates with UAE experience and certifications.

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
