Operate tower crane safely and efficiently for lifting and moving construction materials.
Follow
load charts, lifting plans, and signal instructions
at all times.
Conduct
daily inspection
of the tower crane before operation.
Ensure crane operations comply with
safety regulations and site procedures
.
Communicate clearly with
signalmen, riggers, and supervisors
.
Stop operations during unsafe weather conditions (high wind, poor visibility).
Report mechanical issues, defects, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintain proper records of crane operation and inspections.
Ensure lifting accessories (slings, hooks, shackles) are used correctly.
Support site safety rules and participate in safety meetings.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Valid
Tower Crane Operator License / Certification
.
Minimum experience in operating tower cranes on construction sites (preferred).
Knowledge of
lifting safety practices
and hand/radio signals.
Physically fit and safety-conscious.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
