Responsibilities:
Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently as per site requirements.
Conduct daily inspection and maintenance checks on the crane to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Follow all site safety regulations and manufacturer operating guidelines.
Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and signalmen to ensure safe and accurate lifting operations.
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately to the site engineer or maintenance team.
Maintain accurate logs of crane operation and maintenance activities.
Ensure that loads are properly secured and balanced before lifting.
Requirements:
UAE-based
candidates only.
Minimum 3 years of experience
operating tower cranes on
construction sites
(preferably high-rise projects).
Must hold a
valid UAE Tower Crane Operator license
or certification.
Strong knowledge of crane load charts, rigging practices, and site safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and in coordination with site teams.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
