We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused
Tower Crane Operator
to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating tower cranes efficiently and safely on high-rise construction projects, ensuring smooth lifting operations in coordination with site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate tower crane to lift, move, and position materials as per site requirements
Follow all safety procedures and site regulations at all times
Conduct daily inspections of crane equipment before operation
Communicate clearly with riggers and signalmen to ensure safe lifting operations
Maintain accurate operational logs and report any technical issues immediately
Support project timelines by ensuring efficient material handling
in tower crane operations (high-rise building experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of crane safety standards and lifting procedures
Ability to understand hand signals and radio communication
Physically fit and able to work at heights
Immediate availability preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
