Urgent Recruitment: Tower Crane Operator - UAE

Work Location: UAE (specific project/city to be discussed)

Position: Tower Crane Operator

1. Job Responsibilities

Proficiently and safely operate tower cranes, completing lifting tasks according to the construction schedule;

Conduct basic checks on key parts of the tower crane before daily operations and promptly report any potential hazards;

Strictly follow on-site safety management regulations and cooperate with the signalman/supervisor to complete lifting, slewing, and jib operations;

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment and assist site management in completing relevant records.

2. Job Requirements

Possess relevant tower crane operator certificates/qualifications (certificates recognized in the UAE preferred);

Experience operating tower cranes on construction sites, able to independently complete routine lifting tasks;

Familiar with safe operating procedures and able to follow on-site management instructions;

Physically healthy, no acrophobia or conditions that may affect safe operation;

Able to adapt to construction site working environment and fixed working hours.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 3,000/month

Working Hours: 10 hours/day

Overtime Pay: Calculated separately (according to company/project policy)

Other Benefits (accommodation/transportation/visa/insurance, etc.) can be discussed or implemented according to project policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
