Operate tower crane to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently.
Inspect crane and lifting equipment daily to ensure proper functioning.
Follow all load charts, lifting plans, and safety protocols.
Communicate with riggers and signalers using hand signals or radio communication.
Monitor crane movement to avoid hazards, obstructions, and unsafe conditions.
Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues immediately.
Maintain accurate records of crane operations and inspections.
Comply with company and site-specific safety standards and procedures.
