Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design civil engineering projects, including infrastructure planning and structural systems. Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and construction drawings. Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure designs meet requirements. Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, codes, and standards. Analyze risks and propose solutions to potential construction challenges. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 02 years of experience in civil engineering.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software. Familiarity with structural analysis tools and project management software is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Other:

Knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations is essential.
