Turning & operation cranes to lift, move, and position loads according to project requirements.

Assessing load weights, determining load capacities, and interpreting load charts to prevent overloads and ensure stability.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicating effectively with other members of the construction team to coordinate lifting operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Equipment Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance on cranes to keep them in optimal working condition.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of crane operations, including load weights, times,
Skills and Qualifications:
Crane Operation Experience: Proven experience in operating various types of Tower cranes,
Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of safety regulations, procedures, and protocols related to crane operation.
Physical Fitness: Ability to climb equipment safely, lift heavy loads, and work in various weather conditions.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with team members.
Certification: Possessing relevant crane operator certifications.
