Assist the Tower Crane Mechanic in carrying out routine maintenance, repair, and servicing of tower cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Tower Crane Mechanic in daily inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs of tower cranes.
Assist in preventive maintenance activities such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of minor parts.
Carry tools, equipment, and spare parts required for maintenance and repair work.
Follow safety protocols while working at heights and around heavy machinery.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, tools, and crane parts.
Report any observed faults, damages, or irregularities to the Tower Crane Mechanic immediately.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Mechanic or Site Supervisor.
