Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and coordinate tours and travel packages for domestic and international destinations.
Handle customer inquiries and provide expert travel advice.
Prepare detailed itineraries, including accommodation, transport, and sightseeing arrangements.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of international travel procedures and destinations.
Proficiency in travel booking software is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
