Handle client issues when needed and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
Arrange tour guide bookings for programs and excursions.
Search for and hire new tour guides to meet operational needs.
Conduct interviews with sales teams and hotel reservation staff for contracting and follow-up purposes.
Review client file invoices to ensure accuracy.
Monitor the process of invoice transfers and ensure correct documentation.
Visit restaurants and hotels to assess their suitability for clients and proceed with contracting if needed.
Receive and confirm new reservations from various sources.
Coordinate with employees working in external locations to ensure smooth operations.
Provide support to the Movement Department when required.
Assist the Concierge Team as needed to ensure high service standards.
Review the movement sheet and verify its accuracy against the transfer details.
