Prior experience as a leisure travel consultant, FIT - Travel consultant (corporate travel consultants will be considered) Providing excellent customer service to clients by offering expert travel advice and booking services Arranging travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities Processing travel bookings and issuing tickets Handling customer complaints and resolving on timely manner Staying up to date with travel industry trends and developments Excellent knowledge of UAE travel industry regulations, rules and regulation of tourism, visa processes, and local travel destinations Up to date with domestic and international travel trends Well knowledge on Travel & Tourism industry Must have experience in B2B, inbound & outbound, holiday package & visa processing Must have handled Tour packages (Required) Proficiency in ticketing and holiday bookings software

Required Qualification & Skills:

Required 1-2 Years of experience in tourism industry in UAE & have handled tour packages (Must have) Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, business, or relevant fields Excellent command over English & Arabic language Excellent communication and people skills Efficient negotiation and sales skills Passionate about customer service Positive, outgoing attitude with the desire to succeed Flexible with regard to work timings to suit the market ARABIC SPEAKER ONLY
