Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Tour Guide to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for an individual passionate about tourism, with an interesting personality and engaging skills. Requirements:
- Conduct guided tours of various landmarks, historical sites, and cultural attractions in Dubai.
- Provide entertaining and informative commentary to enhance the overall tour experience.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the excursion.
- Answer questions and provide detailed information about the history, culture, and significance of the tour destinations.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics, including transportation and scheduling, to ensure seamless tour operations.
- Adapt to the needs and interests of diverse groups of tourists to create a personalized and memorable experience.
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and any changes in the tour itinerary
- Proven experience as a Tour Guide in Dubai or a similar tourist destination.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s history, culture, and attractions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and emergencies calmly and professionally.
- Valid Tour Guide license issued by the relevant authorities in Dubai.
