Key Responsibilities
Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including merit increments, bonus cycles, promotions, and budgeting exercises
Prepare and validate data, reports, templates, and dashboards related to Total Rewards activities
Assist with salary benchmarking and internal equity analysis
Maintain compensation trackers, survey files, and reward documentation
Coordinate closely with HR Operations, Talent, Finance, and Payroll to ensure accurate execution of reward decisions
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Payroll or Finance
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills are a
must
(data analysis, reporting, validations)
Working knowledge of HR systems (Oracle HCM Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) is preferred
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
