Client > project in cooperation with a Consulting for a large size Steel company
Company details > The Company is currently in the need of a large operation/financial turnaround, which needs to support corporate renewal. It is necessary the ideal Candidate is able to make analysis and planning to save the Steel company, facilitating the return to solvency, identifying the reasons for failing performance in the market, and rectifying them.
Subject > Managing a significant Turnaround Corporate Plan
# profiles needed > 1
Skills > 1) Strong experience in STEEL is MANDATORY, no chance for Candidates who only have Manufacturing experience, specificity on STEEL is needed 2) Appreciated ex Management Consulting in the Industry 3) Ability to work either with numbers, processes, people > the Candidate is a strong personality in the Industry, able to drive a turnaround plan, involving actions at all level, either middle management or C-level Executives, with many years in his/her track in STEEL
Workload/Location> Emirates, full-time
Start-date > as soon as the right candidate is identified
Period of engagement > 12 months, extendable
Rate > excellent rates able to match expected more qualified candidates
Flexibility in working under tight timelines
No boundaries on age and nationalities, as long as he can get the work done with quality
