Design and develop tools, jigs, and fixtures that are specific to radiator manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Technical Drawings:
Prepare and review detailed drawings for tooling development and updates, ensuring that all tools meet design specifications and quality standards for radiator production.
Toolroom Management:
Oversee all toolroom activities, including the storage, maintenance, and calibration of tools and equipment to ensure continuous production without interruptions.
Preventive Maintenance:
Create and implement a structured preventive maintenance schedule to ensure tools are kept in optimal condition and minimize production downtime.
Press Shop:
Production Follow-up:
Monitor the daily production processes in the Press Shop, ensuring that radiator components are produced efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Raw Material Ordering:
Work with the procurement team to ensure that raw materials, such as metals and components used in radiator production, are ordered in a timely manner, ensuring no delays in production.
Production Guidance:
Guide production staff in the Press Shop to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Provide training and support as needed to improve productivity.
Troubleshooting Production Issues:
Actively resolve any technical or production issues, troubleshooting equipment or material challenges to minimize downtime and ensure production targets are met.
