Diploma in mechanical engineering or in tooling related course (TRTC/ CIPET). 12-15 years experience in a similar field. Should have sound knowledge of machining processes and mould parts. Responsibilities:
Knowledge of operation of all machines used in mould manufacturing. Troubleshooting of routine concerns. Knowledge of CAD software. Knowledge of CAM software and its strategies. Optimal use of consumables which include cutters and wires. Documentation related to ISO/ TS. Manpower handling in the machine shop. Coordination with other sections of the department.
