Job Brief:

Tool Pusher

with hands-on experience in managing drilling operations and leading rig crews?
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee daily drilling activities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with company and client standards.

, where you will play a key leadership role in optimizing rig performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all

drilling operations

at the rig site. Ensure

strict compliance

with HSE policies, well control standards, and drilling programs. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the

rig crew

, ensuring effective teamwork and performance. Monitor

drilling parameters, mud systems, and well control equipment

. Conduct safety drills, toolbox talks, and daily operational meetings. Maintain equipment readiness and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed. Communicate effectively with the

Rig Manager and Drilling Superintendent

regarding operations, logistics, and personnel. Ensure accurate and timely

reporting of drilling activities

and incidents.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or related engineering field. Minimum 3

years of drilling experience

, including

at least 2 years as Tool Pusher

. Valid

IWCF / Well Control Certificate (Supervisor Level)

. Strong leadership and crisis management skills. Proficiency in reporting, rig management software, and safety documentation. Excellent communication skills in English.
