The employer is a fast-growing Market Maker focused on delivering best-in-class liquidity provision for tokenized startups. As they continue to scale, they are looking to bring on a talented and experienced TON Developer to help shape the future of decentralized finance on The Open Network (TON).

Role Description

As a TON Developer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing smart contract infrastructure, particularly around decentralized exchanges and liquidity systems. This is a full-remote position with a high degree of autonomy and impact.

Location: Remote (4 hours from CET) Work Type: Full-time, Remote
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the TON blockchain using FunC and/or Tact Build and optimize DEX routing systems, with a focus on protocols like Ston.fi, DeDust, etc. Analyze and integrate on-chain data flows to support trading strategies Collaborate with product and strategy teams to identify arbitrage opportunities and implement automation via bots or aggregators Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of deployed contracts

Requirements

Proven experience building and deploying on the TON blockchain Deep knowledge of smart contracts and languages such as FunC or Tact Hands-on experience with DEX routing, especially across Ston.fi, DeDust, or similar platforms Solid understanding of on-chain data, cross-chain mechanics, and DeFi protocols Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) Prior experience working on arbitrage bots, liquidity aggregators, or automated trading systems Contributions to open-source projects on TON or similar chains
