TM - Team Member
Job Title: Team Member (TM)
Reports To: Restaurant Assistant Coach (RAC), Production Assistant Coach (PAC), Quality Control Coach (QCC)
Overall Purpose:
To execute daily restaurant operations with excellence, providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest. A Team Member is the face of the brand and is responsible for upholding quality, cleanliness, and speed standards in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests with a positive attitude, take accurate orders, handle cash and electronic payments, and resolve basic guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Food Preparation & Production: Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to strict recipe and portioning guidelines in either the front or back of house.
• Quality & Safety: Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP), including proper handwashing, temperature checks, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures. Ensure every product served meets quality specifications.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation (dining area, kitchen, service counter). Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and ensure the restaurant meets the brand's cleanliness benchmarks.
• Teamwork & Compliance: Work effectively as part of a team, support colleagues during peak times, and follow all company policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Guest satisfaction scores (e.g., mystery shopper reports, feedback).
• Order accuracy and speed of service times.
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene audits.
• Compliance with uniform and appearance standards.
