? Hiring Alert: Timekeeper
We are currently looking for qualified Timekeepers to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support site operations and HR functions, ensuring accurate and timely management of employee attendance and records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update daily attendance records for labor and site staff.
2. Consolidate daily records into monthly attendance and manpower reports.
3. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance summaries to HR and site management.
4. Coordinate and arrange daily transportation for site staff and labor.
5. Ensure accuracy in time entries and resolve discrepancies in attendance data.
6. Maintain and update employee shift schedules and duty rosters.
7. Assist HR in processing overtime, leave records, and other attendance-related matters.
8. Support site administration with documentation, filing, and data entry related to workforce management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Timekeeper or in a similar administrative role (preferably in construction or site operations).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Proficient in MS Excel and attendance management systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
