About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dependable

Tile Specialist

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, with a primary focus on tile installation, repair, and finishing across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Install, cut, grout, and finish tiles for floors, walls, and other surfaces Inspect tiled areas and repair or replace damaged or worn tiles Perform general maintenance duties, including basic plumbing, painting, and minor repairs Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with specialized tiling skills Strong ability to measure, cut, and fit tiles accurately with attention to detail Good knowledge of tiling materials, adhesives, tools, and installation techniques Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on maintenance work
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman tasks Previous experience working with a holiday homes or property management company is an advantage
