We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Tiling Expert

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tile installation and basic general maintenance work. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Install various types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.) on floors, walls, and other surfaces Measure and mark work areas accurately Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or waterproofing materials Cut and shape tiles to fit around corners, fixtures, and irregular areas Mix and apply grout and sealant, ensuring high-quality finishes Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., caulking, replacing broken fixtures, patching surfaces, minor plumbing or carpentry support) Identify and report issues that may affect project timelines or quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of tiling experience Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Skilled with tools such as tile cutters, wet saws, levels, and power tools Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy materials Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and access to transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in both residential and commercial tiling projects Knowledge of waterproofing systems and floor heating installation Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work Certification or trade school training in tiling or general maintenance
