The successful candidate will be responsible for laying tiles, pavers, and natural stones on outdoor surfaces such as patios, garden paths, pool areas, retaining walls, and decorative landscaping features. Precision, creativity, and quality craftsmanship are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lay tiles, pavers, natural stone, and decorative slabs in outdoor settings.
Prepare and level outdoor surfaces such as soil, sand, gravel, or concrete bases.
Cut tiles and stones to fit design specifications using appropriate tools.
Mix and apply mortar, adhesives, and grouting materials suitable for exterior use.
Interpret landscaping designs, blueprints, and layout plans.
Create clean, even, and durable finishes that can withstand outdoor conditions.
Install decorative features such as mosaic patterns, edging, and tile borders.
Maintain tools and ensure worksite cleanliness and safety.
Collaborate with landscapers, masons, and other trades on integrated landscape construction projects.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum [2-5] years of experience as a Tile Mason, preferably in landscaping or exterior tiling.
Strong knowledge of outdoor tiling materials and techniques (e.g., anti-slip, weather-resistant).
Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and construction plans.
Skilled in cutting, shaping, and laying various types of tile and stone.
Experience in working with concrete and mortar for outdoor environments.
