Job Description

We are looking for a

skilled and reliable Floor/Tile Mason

with strong experience in the

MEP / Technical Services industry

.

Key Responsibilities

Install floor and wall tiles with precise cutting, leveling, grouting, and finishing Handle marble, porcelain, ceramic, quartz, big slabs, and similar materials Install

LVT flooring, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, skirting, and related floor works

Inspect, repair, and replace damaged tiles, slabs, and flooring surfaces Prepare surfaces, ensure correct leveling, and maintain alignment and high-quality finishing Perform basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, painting, minor repairs) Respond to service and maintenance requests professionally and on time Follow safety standards and maintain neatness at job sites

Requirements

Minimum

2 years UAE experience

in tiling, flooring, fit-out, MEP, or technical services Proven expertise in tile and flooring cutting, installation, and finishing Strong understanding of LVT and vinyl flooring installation techniques Ability to measure, mark, and cut materials with accuracy Good knowledge of adhesives, leveling compounds, grouts, and tools Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Physically capable of hands-on, labor-intensive work UAE manual driving license is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential/commercial property maintenance or facility management Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general handyman tasks Advantage if previously worked in a

holiday homes or maintenance service company

Experience working under technical service/MEP industry standards
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED3,700.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
