Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Mason / Tile and Flooring Technician

to join our dynamic fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in tiling, marble installation, stonework, and flooring finishes, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all types of masonry and tiling works including ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and vinyl flooring. Prepare surfaces and ensure proper leveling before installation. Cut, shape, and fit tiles and flooring materials accurately according to design specifications. Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and other materials for a professional finish. Repair or replace damaged tiles, stone, or flooring surfaces. Collaborate with project supervisors, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects. Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Inspect and ensure the quality of completed work aligns with company and client standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tiling, masonry, or flooring works within fit-out or construction environments. Strong knowledge of various tile and stone materials, adhesives, and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
