Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and tile installation requirements.
Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work, following design plans.
Cut tiles using hand tools or power tools to fit around obstacles and into irregular spaces.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or underlayments.
Install tiles on floors, walls, ceilings, or countertops using appropriate methods and adhesives.
Mix and apply grout between tiles and clean excess grout off surfaces.
Repair or replace damaged tiles or surfaces as needed.
