We are seeking experienced

Tile Masons/

Civil Tradesmen who specialise in the installation of

premium tiles with precise finishing standards

. The ideal candidates must be skilled in achieving installation tolerances of

2mm or less

, ensuring flawless alignment, levelling, and grouting across high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and other premium tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces. Ensure tile placement, joint gaps, and alignment meet strict

2mm tolerance requirements

. Prepare work surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying adhesives as per specifications. Cut tiles using manual and power tools with precision to accommodate design layouts and site conditions. Execute detailed layouts and patterns, including diagonal, herringbone, and custom designs. Perform grouting, polishing, and sealing of tiles to achieve high-quality finishes. Maintain cleanliness and protection of finished surfaces until project handover. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials and tools. Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and quality inspectors to meet project deadlines and standards.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in high-end tile installation projects. Proven ability to work with premium tiles (e.g., marble, porcelain slabs, large-format tiles). Expertise in achieving a

2mm tolerance in installation and alignment

. Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, adhesives, grouts, and finishing materials. Ability to read and interpret design drawings and site instructions. High attention to detail and craftsmanship. Physically fit and capable of handling demanding site conditions. Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation techniques.

Preferred:

Experience in luxury villas, hotels, or premium commercial projects. Manual driving license
