Tile Masons
to carry out tile installation work on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cutting, laying, and finishing tiles of various materials including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and waterproofing.
Measure and mark surfaces according to tile layout plans.
Cut tiles using hand tools or tile-cutting machines.
Mix and apply adhesives, cement, or grout.
Install floor, wall, and decorative tiles with accuracy and precision.
Fill gaps and clean finished surfaces.
Repair or replace damaged tiles and grout when needed.
Follow safety procedures and ensure work area is clean and secure.
Coordinate with supervisors and ensure work completion as per project schedule.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a tile mason.
Proficiency in cutting, setting, and finishing different types of tiles.
Ability to read drawings and layout plans.
Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
Basic communication in English or Hindi.
Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
Immediate availability preferred.
