Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Mason
to handle various construction and repair tasks across our properties. The ideal candidate will be skilled in bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and general masonry work to ensure our holiday homes remain in excellent condition. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct, repair, and maintain walls, floors, pathways, and other masonry structures.
Perform plastering, tiling, and concrete work as needed.
Lay bricks, stones, and blocks to build or repair property features.
Ensure all masonry work meets safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with the maintenance and property management teams to complete assigned projects.
Diagnose and repair cracks, damages, and structural issues in buildings.
Use appropriate tools and materials efficiently to complete tasks within deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Mason or in a similar role.
Strong skills in bricklaying, tiling, plastering, and concrete work.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in different weather conditions.
Good time management and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
