Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Tile Mason

with at least 2

year of experience working in the UAE

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in cutting, laying, and finishing tile and stone materials across various surfaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that meets industry and local standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and mark surfaces according to layout plans or blueprints. Cut tiles using hand and power tools such as tile cutters, grinders, and wet saws. Prepare surfaces and apply adhesives, mortar, or grout. Accurately install tiles with proper spacing and alignment. Apply finishing touches including grouting, sealing, and polishing. Repair damaged or broken tile installations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow site safety protocols and project specifications. Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of tile mason experience in the UAE

(required). Proven experience in working with ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and mosaic tiles. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts. Strong attention to detail and precision. Familiarity with UAE construction practices and safety standards. Physically fit and able to handle manual labor. Basic communication skills in English or Arabic (advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

Vocational training or certification in masonry or tile work. Knowledge of local building codes and quality standards. Valid UAE driver's license (optional).

Working Conditions:

Construction sites (indoor and outdoor environments). Exposure to dust, tools, machinery, and physical tasks. May involve long hours, including weekends or overtime, depending on project deadlines.
