We are looking for a skilled and reliable Tile Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.) in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will be responsible for cutting, laying, and grouting tiles with precision to ensure a high-quality finish. The successful candidate must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Measure and prepare surfaces for tiling, ensuring proper alignment and layout.

- Cut, shape, and install tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces using hand and power tools.

- Mix and apply adhesives and grout to securely fix tiles in place.

- Ensure all tiles are laid evenly and accurately with proper spacing.

- Apply finishing touches, such as caulking and grouting, for a clean, professional finish.

- Inspect and prepare surfaces to ensure they are level and free of defects before tiling.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.

- Estimate materials and tools required for the job, providing recommendations to management when needed.

- Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure job specifications are met.

- Repair or replace damaged tiles as necessary.

- Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Tile Mason (2+ years preferred).

- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and safety standards.

- Company accommodation, transportation and other allowances will be provided.
