We are looking for

skilled and detail-oriented Tile Masons

to join a reputable organization in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have expertise in all aspects of tile installation--including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite-and possess the ability to handle general masonry tasks with precision and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately cut, shape, and lay tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, etc.) on floors, walls, ceilings, and decorative surfaces. Prepare surfaces by levelling, smoothing, and waterproofing as required before tiling. Perform grouting, sealing, and finishing to ensure durable, high-quality results. Repair or replace damaged tiles and related surfaces. Handle all-round masonry tasks, including plastering, blockwork, and basic bricklaying as needed. Read and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Mix and prepare adhesives, mortar, and grout to the correct consistency. Follow safety standards and site protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

High school education or relevant industrial training certificates in Masonry, Tile Work, or Construction Technology preferred. Minimum

3+ years of experience

as a Tile Mason with strong expertise in cutting, laying, and finishing various types of tiles. Ability to perform general masonry duties (all-rounder). Skilled in using tiling tools, cutters, and levelling instruments. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Familiarity with construction site safety standards. Physically fit with good stamina and strong hands-on skills. Basic English proficiency for on-site communication.

Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
