We Are Hiring - Experienced Tile Masons (All-Rounders)

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented

Tile Masons

to join a reputed organization in Qatar. The ideal candidates will be experienced in all aspects of tile installation--ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite--as well as capable of handling general masonry tasks with precision and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately

cut, shape, and lay tiles

(ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, etc.) on floors, walls, ceilings, and decorative surfaces. Prepare surfaces by

levelling, smoothing, and waterproofing

as required before tiling. Perform

grouting, sealing, and finishing

to achieve high-quality, durable results. Carry out

repair and replacement

of damaged tiles and related surfaces. Capable of handling

all-round masonry works

, including plastering, blockwork, and basic bricklaying when required.

Read and interpret drawings and specifications

to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Mix and prepare adhesives, mortar, and grout to the correct consistency. Follow

safety standards and site protocols

to maintain a secure working environment. Collaborate closely with supervisors and other trades to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

High school education or relevant industrial training certificates in Masonry, Tile Work, or Construction Technology are preferred. Minimum

3+ years of experience

as a Tile Mason with strong expertise in cutting, laying, and finishing tiles of various types. Ability to handle

general masonry duties

(all-rounder). Skilled in using tiling tools, cutters, and levelling instruments. Ability to

read and understand technical drawings

. Familiarity with

construction site safety standards

. Physically fit with good stamina and strong hands-on skills.

Basic English proficiency

for communication on site.

Locally available in Qatar

with a valid QID and transferable visa.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
