Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precise alignment and a professional finish Install a variety of tile types, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone, adhering to design specifications Mix and apply grout and mortar to secure tiles and achieve a durable, visually appealing result Assess and troubleshoot any issues during the installation process to maintain project timelines and quality Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of tile work within broader construction projects Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tile Mason or similar role, with a solid portfolio of completed projects Strong knowledge of tile types, installation techniques, and industry best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications

Certification or training in tile installation from a recognized institution Experience with advanced tiling techniques, such as mosaics or custom designs Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction environments
