Job Description

Expertise in installing ceramic, porcelain, stone, and marble tiles for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team. You will be responsible for executing high-quality tile masonry work that meets design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret drawings, plans, and layouts to determine tile installation requirements. Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, ensuring precision in layout and alignment. Cut tiles using hand and power tools to match design requirements. Prepare installation surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate adhesives or mortar. Install tiles, marble, and granite with accurate spacing and alignment. Apply grout, sealants, and finishing materials for a clean, professional appearance. Repair or replace broken or damaged tiles as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tile Mason Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of various tile materials and installation techniques. Skilled in using manual and powered tile-cutting tools. High attention to detail and precision. Physically fit and able to work in varying site conditions. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous work experience in Dubai or the UAE. Basic communication skills in English.
Salary & Benefits:
