Job Summary

We are hiring a

Senior Tile / Marble Foreman

to lead tiling and marble installation works on Dubai projects. The ideal candidate has strong site leadership skills, excellent finishing quality standards, and

minimum 5 years of relevant experience

.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise tile, marble, and stone installation works (walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, facades where applicable) Plan daily activities, assign manpower, and ensure productivity targets are met Ensure correct setting-out, levels, slopes, patterns, and alignment as per drawings/specifications Coordinate material approvals, deliveries, and proper storage/handling to avoid damage Ensure surface preparation, waterproofing coordination, adhesives/grouting quality, and final finishing Monitor workmanship quality and manage snagging/de-snagging until handover Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and other trades to avoid clashes and rework Maintain safety compliance and ensure team follows HSE requirements Provide daily progress updates and report site issues to management

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience

as Tile/Marble Foreman (mandatory) Strong knowledge of tile/marble installation methods, patterns, leveling, and finishing standards Ability to read drawings and execute work as per site instructions Experience managing a team and handling site coordination Quality-focused, organized, and able to work under deadlines Immediate joiners preferred.
