About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Host Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial in expanding our creator network and driving platform growth through strategic content creator acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively recruit and onboard talented content creators to join our platform Develop and implement strategies to encourage creator participation and engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential content creators Identify trending creators and emerging talent in the TikTok ecosystem Create compelling value propositions to attract creators to our platform Negotiate partnership terms and collaboration agreements Monitor creator performance and provide guidance for optimization Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on creator campaigns Track and report on creator acquisition metrics and platform growth

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in creator management, talent acquisition, or social media marketing Deep understanding of TikTok platform, trends, and creator ecosystem Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze creator metrics Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus for GCC market reach)

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network of TikTok creators and influencers Experience in the GCC market Background in entertainment, media, or digital marketing Understanding of creator monetization models
