Title: TikTok Content Creator Location: Dubai, UAE Who are we: We are searching for a talent to develop and execute engaging TikTok content strategies aligned with our client\'s goals and target audience in UAE. Tilted Needle/Holloway Assistance is a new leading production company in the UK specializing in short form vertical video content. The majority of our clients are in the surrounding neighbourhoods Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Marylebone! In this role you will be responsible for the TikTok content management of Tilted Needle\xe2\x80\x99s client\xe2\x80\x99s. The job\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conceptualize and produce engaging TikTok videos that showcase our clients businesses.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, script content, and execute high-quality productions.
- Stay abreast of TikTok trends, challenges, and best practices, leveraging them to enhance content effectiveness and reach.
- Analyze TikTok analytics to evaluate content performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Liaise with clients to understand their branding, messaging, and campaign goals, integrating them seamlessly into TikTok content.
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and production to publishing and performance tracking.
- Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions to foster audience engagement and brand loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and cultural trends to maintain a competitive edge in content creation.
- Proven track record of creating compelling TikTok content, preferably within a professional setting.
- Deep understanding of TikTok\'s platform features, algorithmic nuances, and audience preferences.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong creative vision, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of Dubai\'s cultural landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
