As an Paid ads Specialist at Clixer Middle East, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth through effective advertising strategies on various platforms including TikTok, Google, and Snapchat. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities: Advertising Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies for Clixer Middle East\'s e-commerce platforms, with a focus on TikTok, Google, and Snapchat ads. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to optimize advertising efforts and maximize ROI. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across TikTok, Google Ads (including Search, Display, and Shopping), and Snapchat Ads Manager. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets as needed to achieve performance goals. Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including videos, images, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience on each platform. Ensure all ad creatives adhere to platform guidelines and best practices to maximize performance and ad relevance. Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting options and audience segmentation techniques to reach relevant audiences on TikTok, Google, and Snapchat. Continuously refine audience targeting based on performance data and audience insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics for all advertising campaigns, including impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CPA (Cost per Acquisition). Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, updates, and best practices in e-commerce advertising, particularly on TikTok, Google, and Snapchat. Proactively identify new advertising opportunities and emerging platforms to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce advertising campaigns, particularly on TikTok, Google Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results through innovative advertising strategies.
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
