High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification in Tig welding techniques.

Experience in Tig welding of 2-3 years. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Understanding of welding safety practices and procedures. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
