Ticketing & Reservation Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Ticketing & Reservation Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in airline ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel services. The ideal candidate should be proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre), knowledgeable in fare rules and IATA procedures, and able to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, itineraries, and hotel or holiday bookings. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
