Tasks

• Handle ticketing and reservation requests for clients, ensuring accurate booking details and timely confirmations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to travel arrangements, both in person and via phone or email.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure bookings and manage changes or cancellations efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.
• Utilize reservation systems and software to manage bookings, generate reports, and track client preferences and special requests.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing and reservation within the travel industry.
• Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
