Gloria Travels is a leading travel agency in Qatar, offering holiday packages, ticketing, and travel solutions with a focus on exceptional customer service and professional support. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic individuals to join our growing ticketing and reservations department.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle airline ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
Book domestic and international flights using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Assist customers with travel inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information about travel regulations, visa requirements, and flight schedules.
Maintain records of bookings and update clients on changes or disruptions.
Support the sales team by offering the best available travel options to meet client needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ticketing/reservations, preferably in a travel agency.
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
