Job Description

As a Permit and Ticketing Assistant, you will support the PRO and Ticketing Team in daily operations related to event permissions and ticketing for both online and onsite projects. Your responsibilities include coordinating with potential clients, liaising with DTCM and other government entities, maintaining client relationships, and assisting the ticketing team in project execution and customer service.

Key Job Responsibilities:



Assist the PRO including answering phone calls and e-mails with the govt. entities and clients in a timely manner, collecting and verifying documents, submitting Permit and other event related applications, doing follow up calls with clients as well as the govt. entities as required. Communicate daily with internal permits and ticketing operations team. Responsible for Insurance of Tickets permits and ticketing operations team. Arabic Content Translation for the permit applications and the ticketing website. Need to be able to travel (by own means) within UAE, as a part of project execution. Must be aware of Events Registrations, DTCM and Permits, customer service. Assist online ticketing customers with all of their daily needs including product availability, facilitate accurate and timely price updates on the website. Need to be able to handle strong personalities and difficult customers with professionalism. Should be able to communicate in English, Arabic is plus.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, ticketing, or a similar administrative support role. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Key Skills:



Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with DTCM systems, event registrations, and government portals. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of ticketing platforms.
