We are currently seeking a skilled Ticketing Agent with hands-on experience in Amadeus Ticketing System adnd have minimum 2 years experience in UAE for a well established Tourism and Travel. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills, we invite you to join our team. Responsibilities:- Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with travel-related concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with airlines, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
- Utilize the Amadeus Ticketing Platform to process reservations, issue tickets, and manage passenger information.
- Keep detailed records of transactions, payments, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in ticketing systems and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Ticketing Agent in the UAE.
- Hands on Experience in the Amadeus Ticketing Platform is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with airline policies, fare structures, and reservation systems.
- Relevant certification or training in ticketing and reservation systems is a plus.
