Therapist You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Therapist, you will make our guests Feel Welcome by providing the treatments offered by the Health Club.

What you will be doing: Inform guest and explain the treatment process and its benefits. Ensure guest are well looked after at all times. Keeps the appointment book up-to-date and is able to handle changes in work schedules, due to late arrivals or cancellations. Provide advice on the health club products and sells them. Coordinate use of treatment room according to appointments. Advise guest on the services and activities offered in the Hotel, as well as the region's cultural and tourist attractions. Your experience and skills include: Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
