We are looking for

Ride Operator

at Lusail Winter Wonderland. As a Ride Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rides and attractions while providing excellent customer service to all guests.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to maintaining a fun and safe atmosphere for visitors.

Job Title: Ride Operator

Location: Lusail Winter Wonderland, Lusail, Qatar

Job Type: Contract 6 months - extendable

Compensation: 12 QAR per hour

Availability: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Operate rides and attractions safely and efficiently. Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests before, during, and after each ride. Conduct daily inspections and safety checks on rides and equipment. Provide clear instructions and communicate effectively with guests. Monitor ride areas and enforce all safety rules and park regulations. Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies or ride malfunctions. Assist guests with loading and unloading from rides. Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas. Report any operational or safety issues to supervisors immediately. Follow all park policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

Minimum of

2 years of experience in the entertainment industry

. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Willingness to work

flexible hours

, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in amusement parks or customer service is an advantage.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to

25 kg

. Comfortable working in

noisy, high-energy environments

. Capable of climbing steps and operating manual ride controls.

Outdoor amusement park setting. Exposure to

Working Hours:

9 hours per day (including 1-hour break).
